Happy birthday Dr Seuss! With Daddy being gone I am trying to find lots of fun things for the kids to do to help us pass the time. So, we decided to have a whole Dr Seuss celebration! I bought the "Green Eggs and Ham" cookbook- it is super fun. We started with pink yink ink smoothies for breakfast- yum yum.
While the kiddos were at school I made Thing 1 and Thing 2 cupcakes- they were adorable. Then after school we had Green Eggs and Ham for dinner- what else?
Then for dessert we had Cat in the Hat Marshmallows. They were super easy to make- plus delicious!
Bella was fairly clueless about all that we were doing- but she LOVED eating all the yummy treats!
